Brick Yard BD (ব্রিক ইয়ার্ড বিডি) শুধুমাত্র হাই-কোয়ালিটি বিল্ডিং ব্লক কার মডেল এবং কালেক্টিবল সেট বিক্রি করে। আমাদের পণ্যগুলি রেপ্লিকা মডেল, এবং এগুলো LEGO® ব্র্যান্ডের আসল পণ্য নয়। “LEGO” শব্দটি কেবল বোঝানোর জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে যাতে গ্রাহকরা বুঝতে পারেন আমরা কী ধরণের পণ্য অফার করছি। আমরা LEGO® গ্রুপের সাথে কোনোভাবে সংশ্লিষ্ট, অনুমোদিত বা স্পন্সরকৃত নই।

১. সাধারণ শর্ত

চুক্তি: এই শর্তাবলি আপনার ও Brick Yard BD (ব্রিক ইয়ার্ড বিডি) এর মধ্যে একটি আইনত বাধ্যতামূলক চুক্তি গঠন করে।
যোগ্যতা: আপনি যদি অর্ডার করেন, তাহলে আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে আপনি কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর বয়সী, অথবা আপনি পিতামাতা বা অভিভাবকের অনুমতি ও তত্ত্বাবধানে সাইটটি ব্যবহার করছেন।
পরিবর্তন: আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন করতে পারি। ওয়েবসাইটে পরিবর্তন প্রকাশের পর তা কার্যকর হবে। আপনি নিয়মিত শর্তাবলি চেক করবেন। পরিবর্তনের পর সাইট ব্যবহার করা মানে আপনি নতুন শর্তে সম্মত।

২. পণ্যের তথ্য

আমরা পণ্যের বর্ণনা ও ছবি যথাসম্ভব সঠিক রাখার চেষ্টা করি, তবে কোনো ভুল বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্যের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
সব পণ্য স্টক অনুযায়ী পাওয়া যাবে।

৩. অর্ডার দেওয়া ও নিশ্চিতকরণ

আপনি যখন অর্ডার দেন, তখন আপনি আমাদের শর্ত অনুযায়ী পণ্য ক্রয়ের প্রস্তাব দিচ্ছেন।
অগ্রিম ডেলিভারি ফি: অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম দিতে হবে। অগ্রিম ফি ছাড়া আপনার অর্ডার প্রসেস হবে না।
অর্ডার বাতিল (যোগাযোগ না হলে): যদি আমাদের টিম অর্ডার দেওয়ার ৩ দিন পরেও আপনাকে যোগাযোগ করতে না পারে, তাহলে অর্ডার স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বাতিল হবে।

৪. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট

সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)-তে দেওয়া হয়।
মূল্য যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
আমরা একাধিক পেমেন্ট মেথড গ্রহণ করি। অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার আগে সফল পেমেন্ট (অগ্রিম ফি সহ) সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।

৫. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি

স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ডেলিভারি: স্টকে থাকা পণ্যের জন্য সাধারণত অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার ৩-৪ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হয়।
প্রি-অর্ডার: প্রি-অর্ডার করা পণ্যের ডেলিভারি সময় সাধারণত ২০-৩০ দিনের মধ্যে হয়ে থাকে, কারণ এগুলো বিশেষভাবে সংগ্রহ করা হয়।
ডেলিভারি সময় অনুমানভিত্তিক এবং অনেক সময় পরিবেশ, ছুটি, কুরিয়ার দেরি বা কাস্টমসের কারণে দেরি হতে পারে। এতে আমরা দায়ী থাকবো না।
সঠিক ঠিকানা দেওয়া আপনার দায়িত্ব।

৬. রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি

ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হলে কোনো রিটার্ন নয়: প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির পর বা প্যাকেট খোলা হলে কোন রিটার্ন/রিফান্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। দয়া করে প্রোডাক্ট খোলার আগে ভালো করে চেক করুন।
খোলা প্যাকেট রিটার্ন: যদি প্রোডাক্টের বক্স খোলা না হয়, সিলযুক্ত ও একদম নতুন অবস্থায় থাকে, তাহলে রিটার্নের জন্য ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
- রিটার্ন শিপমেন্ট খরচ আপনাকে বহন করতে হবে।
- আমরা পণ্য রিসিভ করে চেক করে রিফান্ড প্রসেস করবো (শুধু পণ্যের মূল্য, ডেলিভারি খরচ নয়)।
ড্যামেজড প্রোডাক্ট: ডেলিভারির সময় যদি প্রোডাক্টে কোন সমস্যা বা ড্যামেজ থাকে, তাহলে প্যাক খোলার আগে ২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ছবি বা ভিডিও প্রমাণসহ আমাদের জানাতে হবে। পরে জানালে বা বক্স খোলার পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

৭. মালিকানা ও কপিরাইট

ওয়েবসাইটে থাকা সকল কনটেন্ট (লেখা, ছবি, লোগো, সফটওয়্যার) Brick Yard BD (ব্রিক ইয়ার্ড বিডি) এর মালিকানাধীন এবং কপিরাইট আইনে সুরক্ষিত। আমাদের অনুমতি ছাড়া আপনি এগুলো কপি, বিক্রি বা পুনঃব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।

৮. দায়িত্ব সীমাবদ্ধতা

আইন অনুযায়ী যতদূর সম্ভব, Brick Yard BD (ব্রিক ইয়ার্ড বিডি) কোনো প্রকার পরোক্ষ, বিশেষ বা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ দায়বদ্ধতা সেই পণ্যের মূল্যের সমান হবে যেটা নিয়ে অভিযোগ উঠেছে।

৯. প্রযোজ্য আইন

এই শর্তাবলি ও ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে। কোনো ধরনের আইনি বিষয় নিয়ে প্রয়োজন হলে তা বাংলাদেশেই নিষ্পত্তি হবে।

Welcome to Brick Yard BD! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the brickyardbd.store website (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our Site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

Important Product Disclaimer:

Please be advised that Brick Yard BD specializes in selling high-quality building block car models and collectible sets. Our products are replica models and are NOT original LEGO® brand products. Any reference to “LEGO” is purely for descriptive and comparative purposes to help customers understand the type of product we offer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group.

1. General Terms

Agreement: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Brick Yard BD.
Eligibility: By placing an order through the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Modifications: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Product Information

While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All products are subject to availability.

3. Order Placement & Confirmation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) subject to these Terms.
Advance Delivery Fee: To confirm your order, the delivery fee must be paid in advance. Your order will not be processed for dispatch until this advance payment is received and confirmed.
Order Cancellation (Unreachable Customer): If our team is unable to reach you using the contact details provided for three (3) consecutive days after order placement, your order will be automatically cancelled.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept various payment methods, which will be specified during the checkout process. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed for delivery (including the advance delivery fee).

5. Shipping & Delivery

Standard Delivery: For in-stock items, our standard delivery timeframe is typically 3 to 4 days from the date of order confirmation (after advance delivery fee payment).
Pre-Orders: For pre-ordered items, please note that the estimated delivery time is typically between 20 to 30 days from the date of order confirmation, as these items are specially sourced. We will provide updates on the status of pre-orders as available.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to public holidays, adverse weather conditions, courier delays, or customs procedures. We are not liable for any delays beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your delivery address.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

No Returns After Delivery Complete (Strict Policy): All sales are final upon completion of delivery. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been delivered to you and/or the product box has been opened. We highly recommend inspecting your package thoroughly upon receipt before opening.
Return Exception (Unopened Box): The only exception to our no-return policy is if the product box remains unopened, sealed, and in its original, brand-new condition as originally received.
- If you wish to return an unopened product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You will be responsible for covering all associated return shipment costs.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected by us to ensure it is unopened and in original condition, a refund for the product’s price (excluding original and return shipping fees) will be processed.
Damaged/Defective Products on Arrival: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must notify us immediately (within 2 hours of receiving the product) with photographic or video evidence of the damage before opening the box. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and, if verified, arrange for a suitable resolution. Claims made after the box is opened or beyond the immediate notification period will not be accepted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Brick Yard BD or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brick Yard BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (c) any content obtained from the Site; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of Brick Yard BD exceed the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Site or products shall be instituted in the courts of Bangladesh.
